How it works

Four steps, start to finish

No fixed pricing nobody can negotiate — book a job the way Nigerians actually book one: a conversation about price.

1

Describe the job

Type what needs fixing, or pick from 200+ service categories — plumbing, electrical, AC repair, auto repair, and more.

2

See verified artisans nearby

Browse local, vetted tradespeople sorted by distance, with ratings and a completed-job history you can check.

3

Negotiate your price

Make an offer. The artisan accepts, counters, or declines — just like haggling in person, not a number set for you.

4

Track live, pay when done

Watch your artisan's live location on the way. Payment only releases once you confirm the work is finished.

Trust & safety

Built so both sides can trust the job

Not marketing language — these are rules the platform itself enforces, not just promises in a listing.

Verified before they take jobs

Every artisan goes through identity and trade verification first — shown right on their profile, so you know who's coming to your door.

You're verified too

Customers upload a photo before their first job, so an artisan travelling to a stranger's address knows who they're meeting.

Payment held until you confirm

Money isn't released the moment a job is marked finished — it waits on your confirmation that the work is actually done.

No-show? We rematch you

If an artisan doesn't show up, report it from the job screen and get matched with another one instead of being left stuck.

Something's wrong? We step in

Raise a dispute and an admin reviews it — the artisan can be sent back to fix the work, not just paid or cancelled outright.

Pay how you want

Card, bank transfer, wallet, or cash — with safeguards on cash jobs so the platform's accounting stays honest either way.

Categories

Not just a handful of trades

Every category routes into the same request-and-match flow, from a one-off repair to a specialist job.

Our story

Built out of a familiar frustration

"I was tired of fixing things myself because I couldn't find a mechanic — or any tradesperson — I actually trusted. So I built the platform I wished existed."
